Loved the staff, always friendly and welcomed you with a smile and greeting you with ‘Talofa’ or ‘Welcome back’. Facilities are nice, have stayed here before. Breakfast buffet was always a treat, great options for food. Our room was serviced daily by housekeeping however only towels, and rubbish would be cleared and changed. Bedding hadn’t been changed throughout my 4 night stay as I had extended for an extra night from 6-10 April. Floors weren’t being swept in room or bathroom mopped. Front desk was hard to get a hold of, when we called from our room. When we went to Front desk, 2 staff at the front desk and 3 staff front of entrance chatting but no calls made to front desk were being answered which I found odd. Overall experience was great just minor things I had an issue with.

Despite our flight being delayed, the reception team was super understanding and made sure we could still make the most of our short stay. The service was excellent from start to finish - the staff were friendly, attentive, and always willing to help. and the customer service in the restaurant was top-notch. But the real highlight was our room - it was absolutely beautiful, with stunning decor and a comfortable bed. We felt like we were treated like royalty, and the whole experience was definitely worth the money. The food was yum we loved the delicious meals and the variety of options to choose from . We’d highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay, and can't wait to come back ❤️

Staff are super friendly and go out of their way to help. Reception, porters, front lobby barristas and bar staff are excellent, restaurant crew are attentive and friendly and helpful us to speak the local language, housekeeping are responsive and friendly. The king beds are very comfortable. The breakfast buffet is excellent, 6.30am-10.30am. Barista in front lobby open until 11pm daily. Beauty and massage service onsite. We had a welcome juice when we arrived. Beautiful sunset views. Flexible parking areas. We will stay here again.

The very warm welcome to the Hotel and complimentry drinks, the portering of our luggage to clean cool room that had a beautiful view of the harbour. The friendly and helpful staff preparing our big range breakfast and deloius dinners. Saoloto and other great staff members made our stay very comfortable day and night and around pool. Our farewell song/haka, was a nice touch and much appreciated when we left the Hotel, we will return . - faafetai lava
